Sharing Gratitude and Kindness

On April 4, 2025, Randy Shawn Fisher awoke, grieving the sudden loss of his 93-year old father-in-law. Joseph Mel Rimmer, of Highland Park, New Jersey was a kind and gentle soul, much loved and appreciated. (Read his obituary.)

Randy thought it would be great if he had a video record of how Mel appreciated their relationship.Randy also thought how meaningful it would be to share other people's Appreciation Stories - it would bring happiness and joy, and perhaps help with his own grief.

The Appreciation Story was born.

Appreciation Stories can be as short as 1 minute, and as long as 5 minutes.How do I prepare?
Just be yourself! Visualize the person you are speaking with, and speak directly to them, from your heart. You will come across as genuine, authentic and memorable.What Lighting is Helpful?
Make sure your face is well-lit. You might place a light towards the front of your face. No backlight please - your face and eys will be dark!What do I wear?
Anything you like - as long as there are no striped shirts please - vertical or horizontal!
Also, some people like to do their hair and wear a bit of makeup.What questions will you ask?
